The development of a full architectural design and this will include:

  • The production of all drawings and detailing.

  • Full planning submission of the scheme.

  • Structural design development.

  • Construction detailing.

  • Consultancy supportive documents.

  • Finalisation of a complete “Building Architectural Model” referred to by central Government as "BIM" Building Information Modelling.

  • The preparation of the project pre-tender release.

  • Submitting all plans for Building Regulations approval, all prior to site construction with compliance certification.
