The production of all drawings and detailing.
Full planning submission of the scheme.
Structural design development.
Consultancy supportive documents.
Finalisation of a complete “Building Architectural Model” referred to by central Government as "BIM" Building Information Modelling.
The preparation of the project pre-tender release.
Submitting all plans for Building Regulations approval, all prior to site construction with compliance certification.
